With all the publicity surrounding investment markets, knowing where to invest for a solid, reliable return is challenging, to say the least. The purpose of this seminar is to provide some insights into current markets, based on solid evidence, and show how you can prosper even in the current climate. The economic scene is changing (nothing new there), and being aware of some of the drivers of change is helpful in plotting the way forward.
All of the speakers are experienced in their fields, and will provide value without spin.
The speakers are:
Lucy Ferreira
Lucy is an estate planning specialist with HHG Legal Group, a multi- award winning, full service, medium size law firm. She will speak on: How to structure your estate to ensure that your wishes are fulfilled when you are gone, including: Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and end of life considerations.
Emma Heffernan
Emma is the WA Manager for Sydney based investment powerhouse, Magellan. Magellan have achieved excellent results for investors over recent decades. They focus on getting good returns without taking excessive risk, and they are noted for the depth of research. Emma will speak on the changing financial scene.
John Cameron
John is the Principal of Black Swan Event Financial Planning. He has over 30 years experience in financial planning. Before that he worked in stockbroking, and financial journalism with The West Australian. Experienced in advising retirees, John has commissioned specialised research into ways to generate retirement income in low interest environments, and that will be at the core of his presentation.
